Leadership & Experience

Henry Zubire III brings extensive leadership and hands-on residential construction management expertise to Z3 Hill Country Homes. He has managed the construction and completion of more than 100 homes, coordinating trade partners, schedules, quality control, and the many details required to successfully deliver a new home.

Henry founded Z3 Hill Country Homes with a commitment to providing homeowners with direct owner involvement, transparent communication, and disciplined project management throughout the building process. Every project is approached with accountability, attention to detail, and a focus on long-term value.

A retired U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sergeant with 15 years of military service, Henry brings the values of leadership, discipline, integrity, and accountability to every project. His goal is simple: to provide each homeowner with a professional, well-managed building experience from initial planning through final handoff.
